Cruisers perform many types of maneuvers that pose extreme danger
to equipment and personnel. Expert seamanship is enhanced by ProPanel
displays that assist positioning and azimuth of ships underway.
In this application, the MP2030 replaced obsolete displays
that were not as weather-resistant and were difficult to service
and modernize. The ready upgrade path of the MP2030 reduces the
costs of obsolescence common with other display equipment.
The system has an exceptional MTBF and long service
life under duty in extreme environmental conditions. This bridge
wing display application assists maneuvering and enhances safety
of equipment and personnel.
