Oil and Gas Exploration, Drilling, Refining, Compression
Azonix Corporation is a major provider of hazardous-area solutions in the oil and gas industry. Our products and services mainly target the upstream exploration process, typically as part of rig-floor surface equipment or land-base skids and truck-mount displays.
Within the supply chain map our customers tend to be the service companies who service the drilling contractors and production platforms. We have been servicing the oil and gas industry since 1993, maintaining product leadership while releasing over eight different configurable platforms of hazardous-area computer solutions.
The applications where these products are being used include directional drilling, MWD/ LWD, cementing, fracing, coil tubing, BOP, mud logging, choke control, casing and production monitoring. The Product Portfolio showcases our ProPanel® brand computers, displays and data acquisition systems as well as Intrinsically Safe Barriers for Ethernet and wireless radio networking devices.
Value Proposition
Azonix produces extremely rugged hazardous-area (Zones 1 and 2, Class 1 Div 2, ATEX/NEMA Certified, etc.) electronic equipment for mission-critical applications. These rugged pc and display products are totally sealed, with minimal internal temperature rise, can be used outdoor in direct sunlight at a wide temperature range, are shielded against EMI/ RFI, and designed for high shock and vibration.
Due to our hazardous-area design expertise our products are small in size and low in weight, including transportable models, truck-mounted computers, mobile computers and rugged laptops/notebooks, to address productivity and agronomical demands in the oil and gas industry. Azonix has a strong relationship with various certification agencies, enabling us to get quick turn-around with product approvals. Our engineering group has vast experience in designing customized intrinsically safe circuitry commonly used in this industry.
Azonix operator interface and display technology helps pc-compatible systems penetrate into point-of-attack areas such as rig floor and drill sites, bringing data acquisition and control to operations previously unavailable.
