The Azonix Drilling Unit (ADU) was developed as cost effective directional drilling display to help the driller validate the azimuth and inclination. Sporting a large rose dial showing the last four tool readings at five degree increments and a clean tool face display that can be read from over 15 feet away, the ADU will help reduce errors and minimize operator fatigue. The ADU has four configurable displays that can be programmed to show any relevant drilling data. The bottom display is fully alpha-numeric and can support a wide variety of messages to the operator on the rig floor to avoid costly mistakes.

The ADU is designed for quick rig up / rig down, requiring only one connection that includes both power and communication. An ergonomic handle enables easy transport of the light weight unit.
